Our 30-day return policy for physical items, and how refunds work.

30-day returns
You can return physical items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and with all parts included.
Items we cannot accept
- Digital products such as gift cards, language courses and antivirus codes, once the code has been sent.
- Personal care items that have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
How to start a return
Email support@marketelitedeal.com or call +1 609-263-2330 with your order reference (it starts with ME-). We will reply with return instructions and the return address, 237 40th St, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243, USA.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are refundable only if the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
